Full-Time We are recruiting for a local Plumbing Service company.

Our client was founded by their Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) and his son starting with a single van, they have grown into a $2M+ home service brand serving over 4,400 local customers. They are expanding across the Houston Bay Area with direct eyes on regional growth.

They operate on high-performance workmanship, continuous training, and total transparency. They don't believe in micro-management—we believe in setting up ambitious tradesmen to be in business for themselves, but not by themselves using elite systems, proven SOPs, and market-leading software.

Compensation & Direct Benefits Package

We offer industry-leading performance compensation structures along with $12,300.00 in direct company-funded benefits for field staff:

• Experienced Apprentices: $20.00 – $24.00/hr base pay with structured performance milestones and fast-track advancement options upon licensure.

Company-Funded Direct Benefits Package ($12,300 Annual Value):

• Health Insurance Contribution: $500.00 monthly company credit (~50% covered / $6,000 annual value).

Open Positions

1. Experienced Plumbing Apprentice (1–3 Years Experience)

You are an ambitious, career-minded apprentice looking to break out of dead-end helper roles and fast-track your progression to Journeyman.

• The Role: Work directly alongside senior technicians and our Field Lead on high-end residential diagnostics, installs, and system overhauls.
• Key Focus: Master code-compliant workmanship, learn customer communication and option-building, and maintain zero-defect standards.
• Requirements:
  • Active Texas Plumbing Apprentice Registration.
  • 1+ years of hands-on residential service or commercial plumbing experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, clean driving record, and desire to learn Service Titan.
