Overview
Twinkle Toes has been connecting families and nannies in the South Charlotte area since 2022. We are urgently hiring for multiple part‑time newborn positions that are available to start in January of 2026. An ideal candidate would be someone who has 3 or more years of newborn experience, is reliable, and has knowledge of safe sleep practices, bottle feeding, and newborn milestones.
Responsibilities- Newborn feeding (breast, bottle, paced feeding)
- Diapering, bathing, swaddling, soothing
- Establishing sleep routines (age‑appropriate, not sleep training)
- Sterilizing bottles and maintaining infant hygiene
- Tracking feeding, sleep, and developmental milestones
- Light housekeeping, such as sanitizing bottles and the baby's laundry, is also expected.
- Candidate must have three years of childcare experience
- CPR/First Aid certified OR willing to get certified
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
$20 - $24 hourly
