Reporting into the GWM Americas Digital Portfolio Management Head, this role is a part of the GWM Americas Portfolio Management Team.

This role will help drive the division’s Digital Strategy by supporting the Quarterly Business Review Process, the Digital Initiatives and associated tooling to enable compliance with the firm’s Agile framework, and working with Business Partners across the GWM Americas organization to set and monitor its Objectives and Key Results (OKRS).

We’re looking for someone to do the following as a GWM US Portfolio Management Officer, providing support across the wider team as needed for GWM US:

• Support the Quarterly Business Review process, including overseeing the end to end process to create materials, partnering with business leads and Agile Stream and Crew Leads
• Monitor portfolio financials including tracking of budget shifts, Return on Investment (ROI), forecasts, actuals and benefits
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing capacity allocation and investment decisions
• Single point of contact for Crew or Stream Digital Leads on all financial aspects of the change portfolio
• Deliver the yearly change planning process across the portfolio to ensure business objectives are accounted for and prioritized
• Create Digital Strategy updates for various forums
• Ensure connectivity across Agile Streams through OKR planning and reviews
• Become an Objective and Key Result (OKR) expert to guide Agile Streams and Crews
• Monitor key portfolio KPIs and OKRs to aid in making future investment decisions
• Become an expert in Agile tooling and enable its use for the GWM US change portfolio
• Build relationships with business sponsors and program managers to aid in the management of technology investments
• Assist in facilitating organization-wide Agile transformations
• Provide support to management for various business initiatives including business analysis and presentations

Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $120000 to $160000

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. You’ll be working on the GWM Americas Digital Portfolio Management team helping UBS deliver on its digital agenda.

You have:

• Strong analytical and writing skills, project management skills
• Strong presentation and visualization skills
• Strong quantitative ability and attention to detail
• Influencing skills, ability to partner effectively with others
• Familiarity with portfolio management and program management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Objectives and Key Results a plus
• Familiarity with financial planning and business management necessary
• ideally 5+ years business/financial services/management consulting experience
• University Degree preferred
