- Support z/OS Mainframe Infrastructure Automation using OPSMVS
- CA-Operator Products
- Knowledge of z/Linux, Automation Products
- Gather functional requirements
- Diagnose errors / develop problem reports
- OMEGAMON, BMC
- Expert skill in REXX Scripting
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal) to coordinate with other departments
