As a Room Attendant at EnVue Autograph Collection and Residence Inn Weehawken, you play a key role in ensuring a flawless guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, reflecting the luxury standards of the Autograph Collection and the comfort and consistency of Residence Inn by Marriott.

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel brand and company standards

• Replace linens, replenish guest amenities, and restock supplies

• Report maintenance issues and any safety or security concerns to the appropriate department

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail

• Ensure all housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment are cleaned and organized

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, responding promptly to guest requests

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies

• Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily room quota and cleanliness goals

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in work

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time (up to 50 lbs)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
