Infosys is seeking an Automation Test Lead
.

As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Develop and maintain test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for automation testing. Lead test execution and defect management to achieve high quality releases. Collaborate with development teams to identify testable requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage. Provide QA sign‑off and test closure reports.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Must be located within commuting distance of Weehawken, NJ or Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate in one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test Automation.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle.

• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in test automation tools Selenium, Java, Playwright, Cucumber & SQL.
• Experience with tools such as Cucumber, Cypress, TestNG, Intelli
  
  J, Git Hub and Eclipse.
• Knowledge and experience working in Banking and Wealth Management domain.
• Must be proficient in Agile methodology and experience with designing Testcases, Test Execution.
• Experience in SQL, Stored Procedures, ETL, data management concepts.
• Experience working on Unix platforms and shell scripting.
• Experience working in a Dev Ops environment, Gitlab, SCD and hands‑on experience using CI/CD systems preferred to enable test data pipeline.
• Will be responsible for designing Test Plan, Test Approach, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Defect Tracking and Reporting.
• Providing QA sign‑off and Test Closure Report.
• Demonstrated ability of working with Azure services.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In Weehawken, NJ is $78,430 to $108,589.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
