Skills- COBOL, DB2, CICS, and experience in Mainframe batch monitoring
- Performance tuning and optimization to analyze system performance and adjust resource usage
- COBOL, JCL, Assembler
- Database management systems such as DB2 and VSAM
- Mainframe security protocols (e.g., RACF) and best practices for protecting data
- Mainframe cryptography knowledge and techniques to protect sensitive data
- Problem‑solving and analytical skills: analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
- Workload Management: expertise in managing and optimizing workloads on IBM mainframe systems
