We are seeking technology and domain experts to join our WMA CRM development team to:

• develop and document architectural solutions, including cloud and hybrid systems, using Azure services for computing, networking, storage, and security

• gather and translate business and functional requirements into viable technical solutions that meet business objectives

• guide the assessment, planning, and execution of migrating existing workloads and applications from on-premises to the Azure cloud

• embed security controls, identity management, and governance policies into the architectural design to ensure compliance and protect the cloud environment

• analyze and manage cost, optimize resource utilization, and recommend cost-effective solutions within the Azure environment

• work with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT administrators, and stakeholders, to ensure successful solution implementation

Your team

You’ll be working in the WMA CRM crew focusing on building platform which is used by financial advisors. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that drive our organization's success. We foster a collaborative and supportive environment, where you can grow and excel in your role. As an Azure Cloud & AI Solution Architect, you will work in one of the largest and most complex CRM applications.

You will work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Data Engineering and other teams to develop scalable and innovative CRM solutions.

Your role will be accountable for leading architecture design sessions, developing proofs of concept, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring solutions align with client business goals using Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

• proven experience in cloud architecture, with significant focus on Microsoft Azure

• proficiency in areas like Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions

• strong understanding of security frameworks, identity and access management (IAM), and Azure security best practices

• act as the subject matter expert on the Azure AI platform, providing technical direction on the use of Azure services like Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Azure OpenAI

• proven experience designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures, especially for AI workloads. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates is also valuable

• hands on experience building solutions for Microservices, and Realtime Kafka based services
