- Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
- Preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design
- Experience with Insurance domain
- At least 4 years of experience in test execution, analysis & reporting
- End to End testing experience in Policy Center/Billing Center/Claims Center implementation projects
- Expertise in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, developing Performance Strategy and implementing them
- Automation experience using Selenium
- Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience
- Strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in Agile and Dev Ops methodology, AngularJS
- Ability to work in a global delivery environment
