Technical Test Lead – Devops, Selenium Automation, API, CICD (Interview on 15th Aug 2017)

• Translate business and systems requirements into technical test requirements.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain manual test cases and automated test scripts.
• Actively contribute in day-to-day planning, design, execution, and reporting of manual test cases and automated test scripts.
• Follow software engineering principles in the development of automation, manual test cases, software tools, and SQL.
• Understand and apply test-driven design concepts to test and debug automated solutions or manual test executions.
• Deliver accurate and maintainable code for test automation and software utilities.
• Coordinate, communicate, and report effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Work in Agile and Dev Ops environments in a global delivery setting.

• Basic:
  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Preferred: 4 years of experience in software development processes including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning.
• Preferred: 4 years of experience in automation scripting and framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Jasmine, Protractor, Java, Web services, CI/CD.
• Experience translating requirements into test requirements; QA processes, Test Strategy, Test Design, Test execution, analysis & reporting.
• Experience in creating and maintaining manual test cases and automated test scripts.
• Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and analytical skills; leadership experience.
• Experience in Agile and Dev Ops methodologies; ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments; global delivery experience.
