Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred:

• At least 4 years of experience with IT with Proven experience of creating the Automation Framework based on its applicability to various application platforms
• Solid Experience of automation testing best practices and architecture for scalability and maintainability
• At least 4 years of experience in automation testing with sound knowledge of UFT and proficient in any other test Automation tool (Test Complete, Selenium, Java, Python, Tricentis TOSCA, Team City, Jenkins, SOAP UI)
• Hands on experience in scripting, running, analyzing, and refining automation frameworks for comprehensive and full application testing
• Hands on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java, build tools such as Maven, Ant
• Experience with test analysis, test case management (planning, preparation, execution, reporting)
• Good organizational and people skills with the ability to mentor team members and educate others on automation testing principles and methodologies
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
