We have an urgent open position for a Technology Lead with expertise in Java/Spring/Hibernate. The role is located in Weehawken, NJ, and is a full-time, permanent position.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, we will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. The candidate should also have:

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

• At least 4 years of experience working on Core Java/Spring/Hibernate
• Experience with development and re-engineering of existing application to incorporate unit tests and functional tests
• At least 2 years of experience in Unix/perl scripting
• Database knowledge of Oracle/SQL
• At least 2 years of experience with any batch scheduler (Autosys, Control+M, etc.)
• Ability to work and coordinate with members offshore
• Database skills to define queries and stored procedures (Oracle)
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
