We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant/Developer with strong hands‑on experience in configuration, customization, and integrations. The ideal candidate will work independently on business requirements, design robust technical solutions, and proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Hands‑on experience in D365 configuration and customization.
Experience with complex plugins, custom actions, and workflows.
Hands‑on experience with PCF development.
Solid understanding of D365 security models.
Experience with external integrations, particularly Exchange, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to work independently on business requirements with minimal supervision.
Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure services and integration patterns.
Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD for D365 solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
