Job Description:

Technical/IT support

Weehawken, NJ

Experience

• At least 5-7 years of experience in a production support role, preferably with some experience as a technical lead or senior SME for business applications, facing off to senior business and IT stakeholders
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of scripting, tooling, UNIX, Wintel, and databases. Experience with scheduling tools like Autosys and automation tools such as App Dynamics and IP Center.
• Financial Market Knowledge:
  Securities Market knowledge a must have to support our application and data for use with trading desk services and business operations teams a plus for this Job Role.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and related services such as AAD, ADF, ADO, ADB, ADLS, Cosmos, and Postgres SQL DB is a plus.
• A natural ability to solve complex issues with strong analytical and synthesizing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of explaining complex technical issues to senior business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, request, problem management, change and release activities, as well as knowledge management.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
