Zozorg in Weert zoekt een dynamische en herstelgerichte Verzorgende IG voor de geriatrische revalidatieafdeling. In deze rol ben je cruciaal in het herstelproces van oudere patiënten na een ziekenhuisopname en werk je samen in een multidisciplinair team.
Je helpt patiënten stap voor stap terug naar zelfstandigheid met geduld en betrokkenheid. Deze functie biedt mogelijkheden voor fulltime en parttime werken, conform de CAO VVT.
