Zozorg in Weert zoekt een resultaatgerichte MBO Verpleegkundige voor de geriatrische revalidatiezorg. Jij ondersteunt oudere patiënten in hun herstel na ziekenhuisopname, operatie of beroerte, en werkt samen met fysiotherapeuten en andere zorgprofessionals.
Je zult actief de motivatie en zelfstandigheid van patiënten bevorderen. De functie is beschikbaar voor zowel fulltime als parttime en voldoet aan CAO VVT-arbeidsvoorwaarden.
