Stichting Land van Horne zoekt een betrokken collega voor dagbesteding op diverse locaties in Weert en omgeving. Je biedt zorg en begeleiding, stemt zorg af met cliënten en mantelzorgers, en werkt aan een gevarieerd activiteitenaanbod voor ochtend tot middag.
Je start met een vast contract, werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 8.30 en 18.00 uur, met mogelijke uitbreiding in weekend of avonden. Salaris volgens FWG 3.0, groep 35, tussen €2.735,91 en €3.592,96 bruto per maand bij 36 uur.
