Parts Assistant

This role offers the opportunity to support a parts operation that helps keep equipment moving efficiently and reliably. As a Parts Assistant, you will play an important part in the day-to-day flow of parts through the business, helping maintain accuracy across receiving, storage, administration, and dispatch while supporting smooth warehouse operations.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts orders accurately and on time.
• Receive, check, and record incoming parts deliveries and invoices.
• Assist the Parts Supervisor with warranty claims and parts administration.
• Support daily parts receiving and dispatch operations.
• Carry out system operations, inventory management, and warehouse support tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience booking parts in and out, performing inventory counts, and reporting inventory or parts discrepancies within parts or warehouse operations.
• Experience with parts administration.
• Physically capable of manual warehouse work, including lifting and organizing heavy items and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Basic English communication skills for daily work interactions.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations within machinery, construction equipment, automotive parts, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• Background in machinery, engineering machinery, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to identify common mechanical parts, including hydraulic components, electrical parts, structural parts, and engine parts.
• Familiarity with local Dutch logistics processes.
• A valid Dutch forklift certificate.
