This role offers the opportunity to support a parts operation that helps keep equipment moving efficiently and reliably. As a Parts Assistant, you will play an important part in the day-to-day flow of parts through the business, helping maintain accuracy across receiving, storage, administration, and dispatch while supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and dispatch parts orders accurately and on time.
- Receive, check, and record incoming parts deliveries and invoices.
- Assist the Parts Supervisor with warranty claims and parts administration.
- Support daily parts receiving and dispatch operations.
- Carry out system operations, inventory management, and warehouse support tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience booking parts in and out, performing inventory counts, and reporting inventory or parts discrepancies within parts or warehouse operations.
- Experience with parts administration.
- Physically capable of manual warehouse work, including lifting and organizing heavy items and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills for daily work interactions.
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations within machinery, construction equipment, automotive parts, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
- Background in machinery, engineering machinery, or industrial equipment.
- Ability to identify common mechanical parts, including hydraulic components, electrical parts, structural parts, and engine parts.
- Familiarity with local Dutch logistics processes.
- A valid Dutch forklift certificate.
