MET ggz zoekt een stagiair(e) voor MET de Wijk in regio Weert per september 2026. Je werkt aan begeleiding van cliënten met diverse woonvormen en ondersteunt hen bij het realiseren van persoonlijke doelen.
Je draait mee bij het begeleiden van cliënten, maakt begeleidingsplannen en registreert vorderingen in het cliëntendossier. Je studeert 3e/laatstejaar MBO/HBO Social Work en werkt 20–32 uur per week met een stagevergoeding van €511 per maand.
