Overview

DHL Supply Chain Weert - Full-time (40 hours)

As a Stock Control Officer, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of both physical stock and system inventory. You analyze stock discrepancies, process inventory data, support customers and warehouse operations, and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Your work ensures reliable inventory management and contributes directly to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Process, analyze and report stock count results
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system inventory
  • Process stock and storage location changes in the system
  • Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy
  • Collect, analyze and maintain inventory data
  • Prepare reports, statistics and performance analyses
  • Identify irregularities in inventory records and take corrective actions
  • Support customer requests related to stock discrepancies and inventory issues
  • Propose process improvements based on findings and data analysis

Qualifications

You have:

  • Knowledge of logistics and warehouse processes
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • A structured and accurate way of working
  • An MBO working and thinking level
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A valid VGB and ELA certificate, or you are willing to obtain them
  • An EPT, Stacker, Reach Truck and OPT certificate, or you are willing to obtain them
