We need an experienced Customer Service Representative in our new European headquarters, located in beautiful Weesp, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. GENLED Brands is comprised of Agi Light, established in 2003, and Acolyte, which opened in 2009.
While we are relatively new to Europe, both brands are well-established.

- Deliver excellent service to various customers from different market applications (LED architectural lighting, LED signage lighting) via close cooperation with various internal and external team members.
- Build and maintain a solid customer relationship.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
- Create and enter orders into the system.
- Provide support to the Sales team (e.g., quotations, delivery status, order reports).
- Manage daily customer orders in a timely manner (receive and confirm all orders with customers, provide shipment tracking or order status if on back order).
- Handle and resolve operational issues that may arise from the end‑to‑end sales process (e.g., order status, deliveries, returns).
- Engage with other functions to ensure best‑in‑class customer service support (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics).
- Proactively participate in daily shipping activities to include preparing shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and returning paperwork to the warehouse to meet deadlines.
- Establish and conduct regular customer review calls while building follow‑up action plans tracked in CRM system.
- Associate’s degree or relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Proven track record and knowledge in the LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry is a plus.
- Inside Sales and Customer Service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Order Entry software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
- Self‑motivated, able to independently manage various activities with minimal supervision.
- Customer‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, listening and collaboration skills with a problem‑solving mindset.
- German or Italian speaking is a plus.
