Ein Pflegezentrum in der Region Weinfelden sucht eine engagierte Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) für die ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohnenden in einem familiären Umfeld. Die Position erfordert eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ und möglichst Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege.
