In dieser Rolle begleiten Sie erwachsene Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf und gestalten gemeinsam deren Alltag sowie Freizeit. Ideale Bewerber sollten einen Berufsabschluss als Fachperson Betreuung oder Gesundheit EFZ vorweisen können, Freude und Flexibilität im Umgang mit Menschen zeigen und die Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit besitzen.
