A Contract Administrator job opportunity is available with our client in Weirton, WV. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in communicating contract requirements and gathering submittals. To be considered for this role you will have a High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities- Managing NDAs
- Onboarding new contracts
- Creating Asana tickets for legal review
- Communicating contract requirements and gathering submittals
- Preparing and finalizing work orders and change orders
- Issuing construction-related purchase orders
- Validating quoted rates and managing quotations to ensure alignment with negotiated rates
- Maintaining the preferred supplier list and rate repositories
- Monitoring supplier performance and SLAs
- Experience working cross-functionally
- High-level understanding of contract templates, NDAs, MSAs, and work orders
- Experience managing the onboarding of new vendors
- Construction experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated high-level understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Paralegal experience is a plus
