BIM Coordinator

• Review and coordinate designs produced by engineering teams, trade contractors, and other third-party vendors to ensure a clash-free, constructible design model

• Work with engineers, trades, and design professionals to develop an integrated model delivery approach and lead clash detection reviews with a focus on optimizing the construction process and driving quality and value

• Set up and maintain large, federated building models involving 8-10 design and engineering disciplines. Projects are cloud-hosted and span across multiple internal and external design teams

• Ensure high standards of quality and consistency regarding Revit family modeling, model health checks and BIM 360 / ACC Docs maintenance and housekeeping

• Integrate factory layout and manufacturing team's models with engineering and vendor models

• Check accuracy & completeness of the models, physical & operational spatial coordination, and timely implementation and resolution of any issues according to an aggressive schedule

• Provide both management and design skills in support of a detailed and accurate BIM models

• Deliver completed, as‑built models to facilities teams to assist with commissioning, maintenance, and operation Introduce, support, and oversee the implementation of industry leading BIM Technology

• Responsible for developing and maintaining project BIM standards document.

• Directly responsible for authoring applications' content management. Develop custom parametric content for Revit for various design disciplines. Improvise workflows to enhance efficiency.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $ per year
