Belcan is seeking an experienced Sr. Controls Engineer to own the lifecycle of deployed industrial control systems, diagnose complex issues, and drive PLC, HMI, and MES software improvements.
You will mentor Automation Technicians, troubleshoot MES data handshakes, and collaborate with vendors on retrofits. A strong background in electrical/controls engineering and hands-on manufacturing experience is required.
