The Banquet Executive Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations for banquet and event services. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in a high‑volume hotel, resort, or convention center kitchen.

• 5–7 years of banquet or high‑volume culinary experience
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or convention center property required
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh ingredients and quality execution
