$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

We’re partnering with a growing, mission-driven organization to identify a Grants Accountant to join a collaborative finance team. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial reporting while supporting grant oversight, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage core accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Oversee billing and revenue recognition across multiple funding streams
• Serve as a lead resource for grant accounting, compliance, and reimbursement reporting
• Partner with program and department leaders on budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support payroll accounting and related reconciliations
• Help strengthen systems, processes, and internal controls as the organization scales

• Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
• Background supporting grants, contracts, or regulated funding (nonprofit or similar environment preferred)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally
• Interest in process improvement and contributing beyond day-to-day accounting
