About the Position

Ensemble Schools seeks a fun, experienced, professional guitarinstructor to teach part‑time with our Wellesley, MA Music School, At Your Door Music.

This teaching position is IN PERSON and IN STUDENTS’ HOMES.

Teachers set availability within open hours; consistency is valued and preference given to candidates with greater availability. Candidates must have reliable transportation as lessons are in family residences.

• Conduct 60‑minute one‑on‑one lessons in students’ homes.
• Set lesson schedule within open hours and maintain consistency.
• Prepare lesson materials and maintain punctuality.
• Pass routine background check.

• Degree in performance or equivalent performing experience.
• Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians.
• Robust appreciation for punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a routine background check.
