42 North Dental is seeking a Clinical Director to lead patient care and associate mentorship in our multi‑specialty practice.

The Clinical Director acts as the primary care provider for a steady patient flow while collaborating with specialists to expand specialty growth. This role offers an equity path within six months and minimizes non‑clinical management duties.

• Provide direct patient care while managing day‑to‑day operations with support of a practice management team.
• Mentor and collaborate with associate dentists and specialists across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
• Oversee the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment plan delivery.
• Drive growth in specialty departments and maintain high quality patient care standards.

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in a fee‑for‑service practice.
• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Significant chair‑side experience and strong leadership skills.
