E. and Alice L. Butler Launch Pad Fast Track Coaching Acceleration Program supports Babson student and alumni entrepreneurs who are focused on new venture creation. Through the Butler Launch Pad's Fast Track program, students and alumni work diligently to move their businesses and business concepts forward, taking advantage of workspace, seed funding, peer-mentoring, expert advisors, a community of entrepreneurs, and other valuable resources.
The BLP Fast Track entrepreneurial community offers unparalleled support through cohorts, helping entrepreneurs stay focused as they turn ideas into reality. The BLP Fast Track Facilitators are a critical resource acting as a guide and sounding board throughout the entrepreneur's journey. Coaching and planning will start Summer 2026. Core Fast Track Facilitation sessions run mid-October 2025-mid-December 2025 & mid-January 2026 - mid-April 2026.
- Facilitating small groups of student and alumni entrepreneurs virtually each week
- Assisting in the structure and framework of each semester's curriculum
- Executing the weekly plan and delivering the weekly topic
- Advising student and alumni entrepreneurs in person and virtually
- Providing specific guidance on sales and marketing process
- Providing feedback and guidance on sales pitch scripts, presentations and materials
- Providing guidance in connecting with external resources as appropriate
- Participating in BLP Fast Track team meetings up to three times a semester
- Tracking individual team progress for impact reporting purposes
Overall time commitment would be approximately 3 - 4 hours per week and includes a 1.5 - 2 hour cohort facilitation each week. This role is part of the overall Blank Center for Entrepreneurship extended team.
About the Arthur M. Blank Center for EntrepreneurshipThe Arthur M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship accelerates the practice of entrepreneurship by providing Babson's emerging entrepreneurs with access to events, workshops, mentoring and competitions that enable them to test and refine their founder skills. The Butler Launch Pad Incubator is the hub of this entrepreneurial ecosystem, connecting our students and alumni with the broader business and entrepreneurial community through a series of programs and learning experiences that support our entrepreneurs along their journey.
Included in these programs are two of Babson's Signature Events:
Rocket Pitch and B.E.T.A. Challenge, as well as the highly regarded Summer Venture Program that accelerates the top 15 student ventures at Babson each year. This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $175.00. This position includes paid sick leave where required by law. Eligibility, accrual, and usage will follow applicable state and local regulations.
