System Field Analyst

• Lead bot system performance analysis to enhance operational efficiency
• Identify and document bot system defects to drive improvement actions
• Collaborate with technical and development teams to develop solutions for system defects
• Enter and update tickets in Jira and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Analyze data and provide ongoing reports using statistical techniques

• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical, computer science, software engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum one (1) year of work experience in analysis, engineering, or technical system testing
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, Windows, Linux, Power Shell, or Python; robotic automation experience desired
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work professionally with various engineering teams

• Experience working in a rapidly changing startup environment
• Demonstrated self-starter attitude with a readiness to take on increased responsibilities
• Willingness to learn about complex systems and their components
• Familiarity with safety protocols and requirements in construction environments
