Principal Project Manager, Manufacturing

• Lead partnerships with product solutions architects, quality engineers, and technology providers to support high-level designs and end-to-end solutions
• Communicate complex technical issues effectively with internal and external personnel and facilitate resolutions
• Develop and update Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to align with organizational goals and mitigate potential product failures
• Oversee quality activities including PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and process capability
• Ensure safe execution of all project activities throughout the manufacturing and implementation lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent experience;
  Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in manufacturing, quality, or automation development, preferably in robotics
• Strong technical background in automation equipment deployment
• Proven project management skills with experience managing complex projects
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization

• Experience in managing projects with a focus on exceeding deliverables while remaining on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to implement creative solutions under pressure
• Familiarity with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera) and earned value management systems
• Strong leadership skills with an innate ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Track record of effectively managing broad internal and external stakeholders
