• Review and manage complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary returns
• Provide proactive planning and consultative support to business owners and high-net-worth clients
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; review work to ensure technical accuracy and growth
• Research complex tax issues and stay current on regulatory changes
• Communicate directly with clients and build long-term, trusted relationships
• Contribute to workflow management, process improvements, and team-wide best practices

• CPA or EA preferred
• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience, including return review
• Strong technical expertise in individual, partnership, and corporate taxation
• Confident communicator with proven client relationship skills
• Experience leading and mentoring staff
• Proficiency with common tax prep platforms (Ultra Tax, Pro System, Lacerte, or similar)

• Hybrid schedule with the flexibility to work remotely several days per week

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000–$150,000, which represents a good faith estimate based on current market data and the firm’s budgeted range for the role. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, education, and qualifications.
