TaxManager – Greater Boston, MA What You’ll Do
- Review and manage complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary returns
- Provide proactive planning and consultative support to business owners and high-net-worth clients
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; review work to ensure technical accuracy and growth
- Research complex tax issues and stay current on regulatory changes
- Communicate directly with clients and build long-term, trusted relationships
- Contribute to workflow management, process improvements, and team-wide best practices
- CPA or EA preferred
- 6+ years of public accounting tax experience, including return review
- Strong technical expertise in individual, partnership, and corporate taxation
- Confident communicator with proven client relationship skills
- Experience leading and mentoring staff
- Proficiency with common tax prep platforms (Ultra Tax, Pro System, Lacerte, or similar)
- Hybrid schedule with the flexibility to work remotely several days per week
- Supportive, team-oriented culture with no “big firm” politics

Salary RangeThe expected salary range for this position is $100,000–$150,000, which represents a good faith estimate based on current market data and the firm’s budgeted range for the role. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, education, and qualifications.
