Want to practice therapy somewhere you actually get to know your patients?

At Advinia Care, our residents aren't just names on a caseload. We give our PTAs the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team — while helping people maintain independence, mobility, and quality of life. Success here isn't always measured by a discharge home; sometimes it's a safer walk to the dining room, fewer falls, or finding the one exercise that finally clicks for a resident working toward their goals.

We're growing our rehab team and looking for a compassionate, full-time Physical Therapist Assistant who wants to practice differently — one who values person-centered care, hands-on treatment, and being part of a team that treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Provide physical therapy treatments — exercises, stretches, and modalities — as directed by the physical therapist
  • Apply a person-centered approach to support independence and mobility
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, relationship-based care
  • Participate in patient and family education to promote independence and empowerment
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient treatments and progress
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment in line with infection control standards
What We're Looking For

This role is best suited to PTAs who value:

  • Relationship-based care
  • Hands-on, collaborative treatment
  • Helping residents maintain independence and function
  • True interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults
Requirements
  • Current, valid Physical Therapist Assistant license
