Field System Operator Trainer

• Design, create, and deliver training programs for maintenance on automated robots and related assets.
• Provide product, process, and technical training support to sites and internal teams as needed.
• Train on-site personnel on maintaining robot health and operations flow.
• Track and document the growth of the System Operations team during training periods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify ongoing training needs and suggest improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of training or instructing experience.
• Ability to lead discussions effectively in public forums.
• Knowledge and experience in adult education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.

• Experience delivering both online and live training.
• Ability to adapt training methods based on trainee abilities and customer requirements.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and fall protection.
