As an integral part of our Personal Lines team at Deland, Gibson, the Account Executive will work closely with our private client group, providing peace of mind through proactive service. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Service the day‑to‑day personal insurance needs of our high‑net‑worth clients, advising them on coverages and risk reduction strategies.
• Work closely with our insurance carrier partners.
• Maintain high level of communication and build effective relationships.
• Accurately input data into information systems and update the information as needed.
• Support the organization’s mission, values, and strategic initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of P&C Insurance experience.
• MA P&C License.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to assist with customer resolutions.
• Must be self‑motivated and have great attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred.
