You will evaluate liability, assess losses, and negotiate settlements with appropriate parties, while ensuring compliance with policy and contract language. You will train and coach Claims staff, interpret complex disability language, manage vendor relationships, and identify subrogation opportunities to maximize recoveries for Clients and Carrier Partners
