What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead cross‑functional teams in delivering large‑scale automation solutions at client sites
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives
  • Manage risks and opportunities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Facilitate cross‑functional meetings and provide consistent updates to stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of transparency and strong partnerships among all project participants
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing large automation, material handling, or construction projects
  • Proven experience in scheduling, scope, cost, and risk management for complex technical projects
  • Strong problem‑solving skills under pressure with the ability to implement creative solutions
  • Proficient with scheduling software and data‑driven performance tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling
  • Experience managing design/build, installation, and construction projects
  • Skilled in stakeholder management across clients, contractors, and engineering teams
  • Effective negotiator with a proven ability to balance competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required by project needs
