$48.00/hr - $56.00/hr

Nurse Supervisors are primarily responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day patient care, supervising, directing, and developing nurse staff. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, they ensure quality patient care within a long‑term care center, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community. They manage registered nurses, certified nursing assistants and licensed practical nurses, as well as medical administrative personnel. The Nurse Supervisor performs a variety of direct and indirect nursing services to meet personnel needs and promote the well‑being of residents in accordance with acceptable nursing practices and facility policies.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN registration; BS degree preferred
• Three years’ experience preferred with a minimum of two years in a long‑term care facility
• Minimum of one year previous leadership experience
