Pet Vet Care Centers' Wellesley‑Natick Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our team.

• A working supervisor who performs the duties of medical technical staff (e.g., technicians and assistants) while scheduling and supervising staff in the assigned department. The supervisor expedites care and improves departmental efficiency, maintains patient‑care standards, and leads by example through strong organizational skills, adherence to company policies, and a professional attitude.

• Maintain processes for effective medical record keeping and billing.
• Collect and process work charts.
• Assist with entering in‑patientconomic charges and procedures performed into the billing system.
• Ensure invoices are sent monthly and as requested by clients and doctors.
• Process payments and monthly statements.
• Resolve escalated financial problems with clients, collect delinquent accounts and “NSF” checks, and determine appropriate financial agreements.
• Sleeps on monitoring and reporting on decrypted accounts receivable.
• Prepare, print, and mail invoices or statements for customers as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be dependable and punctual.

• Must have surgical skills and be an experienced surgical technician.
• Must hold Identifier being a Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician.

• At least one year of previous supervisory experience.

• Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Full‑time employment required.
• Tuesdays and Thursdays required for surgeries (subject to change).
• Schedules posted 5–6 weeks in advance and are expected to remain consistent.
