Fiorella's Trattoria is seeking a line cook to work saute for our Wellesley location. We are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, desire to learn, and a great personality! The Line Cook is one of the most important roles in our company. Line Cook should have general food and sanitation knowledge, basic knife skills, and the ability to work in a high paced environment.
Must be flexible and available to work a minimum of three shifts per week.
