Dental Implant Sales Rep

Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Wellesley, MA is growing fast and hiring Implant Sales Reps.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $50,000
  • Commission structure: top performers earn $16,000–$20,000/month
  • Potential total earnings: $100,000–$250,000/year
  • 4–7 warm leads a day

Role – As an Implant Sales Rep (Smile Consultant) in the Wellesley, MA center, you will remove barriers for potential patients to help them move forward with treatment that dramatically changes the quality of their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust, closing gaps, and following up aggressively.
  • Collect payment.
  • Maintain an organized CRM and manage your queues.
  • Follow and suggest improvements to current processes.
  • Attend training meetings each week.
  • Work hours M-F 8am–5pm with potential extra hours to secure the sale (no cap on commissions).

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • B2C sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Displays a strong sense of empathy and the ability to connect with people on a personal level.

Day in the Life

  • Meet with 4–7 warm leads to discuss the process of full arch dental implants.
  • Participate in sales meetings and daily sales huddles.
  • Connect and follow up with patients to understand their goals and motivations.
  • Present patient information to the doctors in your clinic to determine diagnosis.
  • Assist patients in removing barriers to accepting treatment.
  • Assist patients in applying for financing.
  • Administer a successful handoff to the administrative team for scheduling.
