Equine Services Customer Service Advisor
We're looking for a positive and proactive individual who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and solving problems. You'll be customer-focused, eager to learn, and motivated to deliver a high standard of service while developing your knowledge and skills.
SALARY£24,600 per annum
CONTRACTPermanent, Full-Time
HOURSMon–Fri, 9am–5pm

About the RoleAs an Equine Services Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Working within the Equine Services team, you'll play a key role in providing a positive customer experience.
The role involves building strong relationships with customers, delivering a high standard of service, and contributing to a positive customer experience. We're seeking an individual with a positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Key Accountabilities:- First line customer query resolution
- Manage and resolve queries received via telephone and email in line with agreed SLAs
- Assisting with admin tasks alongside the administration team as business requires.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping customers and resolving queries.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information and records.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Comprehensive understanding of the processes and procedures across the Equine Services Pillar in order to provide appropriate advice to customers.
- The ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
- Understand a wide variety of processes and procedures, to be able to quickly interpret the customer request.
- First class communication skills, with a polite and professional telephone manner, and an excellent customer service ethic.
- Able to keep pace with updates to processes and procedures.
- Ensure appropriate advice is provided to all customers, and their queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive when dealing with challenging situations.
