Description Customer Service Representative - 12 Month FTC Wellingborough | £28,000-£30,000 | Monday-Friday

Are you an experienced Customer Service or Sales Administration professional looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established manufacturing business in Wellingborough on a 12-month fixed-term contract
.

This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing, data analysis and sales administration
, with plenty of interaction across both customers and internal teams.

• Managing customer orders, schedules and requirements.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving supply or delivery issues.
• Producing sales, KPI and forecasting reports.
• Using Excel to analyse data, create reports and manage spreadsheets.
• Coordinating transport, customer packaging and despatch documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement, new product introduction and engineering change projects.

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Processing or a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and taking ownership.
• Experience with an MRP/ERP system would be advantageous.

Experience with in manufacturing or automotive
, or knowledge of Oracle/MRP systems and German language skills
, would be beneficial but isn't essential - training can be provided for the right person.

• £28,000-£30,000 salary
• 12-month FTC
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• 3 additional days reserved for Christmas shutdown
• Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Friday 8:00am-1:30pm
• Immediate start available
