We are expanding our clinical team and are seeking Private General Dentists and Specialist Dentists to join our established, patient-focused private practices in Kettering and Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value ethical dentistry, high clinical standards, and working within a structured, supportive private environment.

About You

We are looking for dentists who are:

• Ethical and patient-centred in their approach
• Confident delivering high-quality private care
• Team-oriented and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary clinic
• Motivated to develop clinically and professionally

Specialist interests are welcomed, including (but not limited to):
Orthodontics, Endodontics, Implants, Periodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry

The Role

• Deliver high-quality private dental care within your scope of practice
• Carry out thorough consultations and ethical treatment planning
• Work closely with General Dentists, Specialists, and multiple Treatment Coordinators
• Contribute to internal referrals and collaborative care
• Provide an excellent, patient-focused experience throughout the treatment journey

Earning Potential

With a treatment‑coordinated, led consultation system, current clinicians generate £3,000–£6,000 per day gross
, dependent on experience, scope of practice, availability, and patient demand.
