- Develop lending strategies and decision rules

- Experience in credit risk analytics
- Asset finance, motor finance or consumer credit knowledge
- Strong SQL, Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience working with large datasets
- Understanding of portfolio monitoring and risk reporting
- Exposure to credit models or scorecards would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a numerate degree
Demonstrates expertise in credit risk analytics, portfolio monitoring, and risk reporting, with strong capabilities in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and decision‑making. Knowledge of asset finance, motor finance, or consumer credit enhances the ability to develop effective lending strategies.
