We are looking for an Order Processor to provide an accurate and efficient order processing service on conservatories, roofs, doors and windows.

• Order Management:
  Estimate and process commercial quotes and orders with accuracy.
• Documentation:
  Prepare detailed specification documents from customer information and architectural drawings.
• Software Operation:
  Use industry-specific software (e.g., Window Designer) to verify processing accuracy.
• Scheduling:
  Maintain master schedules and track project metrics for real-time visibility.
• Procurement:
  Conduct material take-offs, produce MRP and bespoke orders, and liaise with purchasing.
• Quality Control:
  Check work for accuracy and stay updated on building regulations.
• Client Liaison:
  Send order confirmations, technical drawings, and provide technical support.
• Performance:
  Achieve KPIs and personal targets set by management.

You will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the window processing field.
• Proficiency with Window Designer or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations within the window industry.
• Ability to prepare quotations and manufacturing specification sheets from ITT documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) 08:30am until 17:00pm

£24,784.50
