We're looking for an organised, analytical and proactive Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our growing Supply Chain team. This is an office based role, hybrid working is not applicable to this role. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, building supplier relationships and ensuring products are available exactly when customers need them, this could be the perfect role for you.
You'll play a vital part in keeping our supply chain running smoothly - working with suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers and internal teams to make sure we always have the right stock in the right place at the right time. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.
What you'll be doing As our Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for:
Managing stock levels to ensure excellent product availability while minimising unnecessary stock movements. Forecasting future demand using historical sales data and business insight. Placing purchase orders and managing replenishment with suppliers. Monitoring supplier deliveries and resolving delays or supply issues. Coordinating inbound deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams. Managing stock transfers between our central and satellite warehouses. Building strong working relationships with suppliers and colleagues across the business.
Maintaining accurate product, pricing and system data. Supporting continuous improvements across the supply chain. What we're looking for You'll be someone who enjoys working with numbers, can spot trends in data and isn't afraid to make decisions. You'll also have:
Excellent organisational and planning skills. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills. Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong numerical and analytical skills. The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with teams across the business. A customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results.
Previous experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning or Stock Control would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in candidates with strong analytical and organisational skills who are looking to develop their career. Why join us? We're committed to creating an environment where people can grow, contribute and succeed. In return, we offer: A supportive and collaborative team environment.
Opportunities for professional development and career progression. A varied role with real responsibility and impact. Competitive salary and benefits package. The opportunity to be part of a growing and successful business. Ready to make an impact? If you're looking for a role where you can use your analytical skills, build strong relationships and help drive business success, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and become an important part of our Supply Chain team.
