• Supervise a team of operatives and drivers.
• Motivate team members and ensure they are treated fairly and consistently.
• Plan and take action to achieve service level targets.
• Educate the team on business goals and service objectives.
• Ensure adherence to safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices during the shift.

• Desirable experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment.

• Annual base salary of £39,603.96 plus premium for Twilight & Nights worked hours.
• Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Shift: Monday to Friday, 23:30 – 08:30.
